| Plot |
| FBI Agent Potter (James Garner) takes charge when a group of deaf students and their teacher are taken hostage by three convicts on the run. Handy (Kim Coates), the leader of the convicts, demands a helicopter in four hours, threatening to shoot a hostage every hour until his demands are met. When Handy tries to telephone Potter, he gets Detective Foster (Lolita Davidovich) instead. She seems to have talked Handy into surrendering, but the crisis is far from over. |
